We are passionate about British food. Our executive chef, Simon Duff is on a one-man mission to find the finest locally grown produce Britain has to offer. He personally visits each and every artisanal producer. We think our menus are now the most interesting in town, simply bursting with British seasonal fare from unsurpassed artisan producers, specialist suppliers and rare breed farmers.

In fact, we are the only UK restaurant to offer the delicately flavoured grass-reared White Park beef of Bickleigh Farm while the calves liver, available from the Guernsey and Holstein pedigree from Bocaddon Farm, is so rare we only receive one piece of offal a week. Also on the menu is the award-winning Cornish Terras duck and the traditionally reared, flavoursome Meadows lamb from Meadows Home Farm, both handpicked by Duff due to their succulent taste.
